courses, events are listed in the course catalog and are integrated
into the student registration process. Other features include: the
ability to specify the maximum number of Learners allowed in a session,
a waitlist, dropped attendance status, and automatic, customizable
e-mail notifications for the Learner. |

which learners can self-register. The catalog
allows for keyword searching and grouping by

Learning
Display learners’ current registered course
and events. This page is the main access point
for learners to view the content and resources of
the courses and events. Page can be sorted by
categories and curriculum if the content management
collection is installed. |

Credit Hours
Credit hours are the number of hours for which a student is given
credit for completing a course. Credit hours are generally associated
with the number of hours per week that he course is scheduled. |

Withdraw from Course
Learners can cancel any event registration by
self-withdrawing from the event. |

Learning Transcript
Display information for all completed courses, events and external training
registered to a learner. Courses are grouped according to 3 categories: Online
training, Event training and External Training. Features include: printing
certificate, credit hour totals, date range searching and data export to PDF. |
